OK my total skills is not going up ATm as I'm traiing for invention for the new ships \o/ and for the production of them. 

I have also split one of my alts off for a bit of long needed training ,  I know it will cost more than a normal account to do a 

Power of 2

move alt to account

train for 6mnths [may add an extar month via GTC if needed]

move alt back to main account

let power of 2 Laspe 

but , here's the  rub - I don't want to run many accounts :-P - My Account will consist of 68.8Mil SP [me still training ] + 8.6Mil SP [Production Alt] and my old alt will go from 2.3 to approx 9.8 Mil SP
